This is a picture of the traditional Moroccan dish called a tagine. Basically all the foods that you want to go into the dish are cooked in this triangular pot, which a kind of sauce depending on the type of meat and vegetables that are in it. When ready to eat it, you take a piece of bread and scoop up some of the meat, sauce and vegetables in each bite. Yes, it’s eaten by hand. And that’s a lotttt of bread. The most traditional tagine is Kefta, which is meatballs and either hardboiled or fried eggs.
